I'm back!

I know, I know...MIA.  I was on vacation for the past two weeks and it was GREAT!  If anyone ever has the chance, take a Disney Cruise - you won't regret it.  This was our second Disney Cruise, and we had a fabulous seven nights cruising the Eastern Caribbean. Here are a few pixs.

St. Maarten

St. Thomas

Castaway Cay, Bahamas  (yep, that is the original Flying Dutchman used in the movie)

And now for some cards. We were fortunate enough, after our cruise, to spend some time with family in Florida, which means time to make "Thank You" cards for those brave souls who allowed us to invade their homes.

I'm so in love with Becky Oehler's "Wonderfully Whimsical" from PTI. I find myself wanting to use it all the time. Here are two cards using stamps from that set.

Don't you just love this little house!

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with PTI's stamps...even the smallest of images, such as the music note, stamps so clean. The sky was looking a little empty, so I wanted to add some clouds. I looked at all my stamps, and finally decided that the only thing worth using to make clouds were my fingers...yep, just stamped my fingertip into some ink, and instant clouds. Finished it off with the sun, using one of the stamps from the "Dot Spot" collection.

Here's a card using another set I recently purchased from PTI(yes, that's my favorite store!). I love being able to create my own backgrounds, and this text stamp is so pretty.

And, last, but not least, a quick and simple card. I really love this color combo...very earthy.

Well...I'm sad to say that it's back to reality for me tomorrow. It's going to be a tough day, having to wake up to an alarm clock, after two weeks of sleeping in...ugh!

Live well,
Trina
